Counter / Pastry Prep Team Member (Full-Time)

This person will support both front-of-house guest service and back-of-house bakery production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment, takes pride in hospitality and organization, and is excited to help create high-quality doughnuts and pastries from scratch. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and packing orders, maintaining knowledge of products, stocking inventory, preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with production, and supporting daily operations. Qualifications include 1+ year customer service and commercial bakery experience, comfortable working early mornings, weekend availability, able to lift 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and basic math skills.
