Franchise Manager

We are looking for a Franchise Manager to oversee our franchise operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively. Responsibilities include training franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving sales growth. The Franchise Manager will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners.

Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, strong knowledge of the coffee industry, excellent leadership and organizational skills.
