Cafe Manager (Full Time)

We are looking for a manager to manage all aspects of operating the cafe. Duties include server duties, with additional resposbilities for:

- Ensuring servers are trained and follow food safety code
- Ensuring supplies are budgeted, ordered and taking delivery
- Maintaining a rota of staff, hiring new servers as demand requires
- Working with local businesses and staging events as needed

Qualifications

Our preferred candidate would be SafeServ qualified, ideally as Food Protection Manager and will have some experience in service and brings the right set of values

Enjoys and has some knowledge of art, fitness or nature

Is kind and engages positively with all kinds of people
