DISHWASHER / UTILITY TEAM MEMBER

Grit & Grind Cafe is looking for dependable Dishwasher / Utility Team Members to join our crew. We call this position our Utility Crew because it's a lot more important than just washing dishes. Our Utility Crew helps keep the entire restaurant moving. You'll help maintain the dish area, keep the restaurant clean and organized, restock supplies and jump in to help the team wherever you're needed. If you like staying busy, don't mind getting your hands dirty and would rather move around than stand in one place all shift, this could be a great fit. PAY + TIPSBase pay is $8–$10/hour depending on experience, availability and position — PLUS participation in our shared tip pool. And yes — our Utility Crew participates in the tip pool too. Our tip pool has historically added at least approximately $4/hour to eligible team members' earnings, and our team is currently averaging around $16/hour in total earnings including tips. Tip amounts vary based on customer tipping, hours worked and other factors and are not guaranteed. Past tip earnings do not guarantee future earnings.
