ROASTERY ASSISTANT

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Roastery Assistant to join our team at The Flour Pot Bakery. The ideal candidate will assist in the roasting process, ensuring the highest quality of coffee beans are prepared for our customers. Responsibilities include monitoring roasting profiles, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Previous experience in a coffee roasting environment is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. A love for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential.

Experience in coffee roasting preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn and adapt.
