Roasting Room Assistant

Neptune's Fury Coffee Co. is seeking a Roasting Room Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the roasting process, ensuring quality control and consistency in our coffee products. Responsibilities include monitoring roasting profiles, maintaining equipment, and assisting with inventory management. A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous experience in a coffee roasting environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Must have a passion for coffee, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in coffee roasting is a plus.
