Production Roaster

We are looking for a Production Roaster to join our team at Temple Coffee Roasters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and experience in roasting. Responsibilities include managing the roasting process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment. You will work closely with our sourcing team to select the best beans and develop roasting profiles that highlight their unique characteristics. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2+ years of roasting experience, SCA Roasting Certification preferred, strong understanding of coffee flavor profiles, ability to work independently.
