Barista Lead

Requirements:

- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week between 5:30am to 8:00pm

- Must work well with others

- Must have an eye for social media + photographs

- Must be willing to come in and help, even when not scheduled

- Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment

- Must be willing to speak up when needed and be a second pair of eyes/ears for your manager

- Demonstrated interest in or passion for coffee

- Ability to engage with other human beings in a warm and inviting way

- Able to lift 30lbs overhead and be on feet for long periods of time
