Head Roaster

We are looking for a Head Roaster to join our team at Pax & Beneficia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coffee roasting, a deep understanding of coffee profiles, and the ability to manage the roasting process from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing the roasting schedule, maintaining quality control, and training staff on roasting techniques. The Head Roaster will also be responsible for sourcing green coffee beans and developing new roasting profiles to enhance our product offerings.

Minimum 3 years of experience in coffee roasting, SCA certification preferred, strong knowledge of coffee origins and profiles, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
