Barista - Part Time (White Rock)

The Barista is a vital member of the café team, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences. They are expected to develop and refine their barista skills, including espresso preparation, latte art, and proper brewing techniques, while continuously expanding their coffee knowledge. Baristas uphold Ascension Coffee’s standards by ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. This is an hourly position.

Specialty coffee experience is a plus. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations. Availability for nights and weekends. Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness. Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction. Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
