Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. This includes operating and maintaining dishwashing machinery, hand-washing delicate items, and organizing cleaned items in their proper storage area. The role also involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, removing trash and recycling, and assisting with maintaining overall hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations. By efficiently managing these tasks, the Dishwasher plays a critical role in supporting kitchen staff and upholding the establishment's high standards of cleanliness and organization.
