Food & Drink Runner

The Food and Drink Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role includes verifying that all orders are prepared and presented according to establishment standards and effectively communicating with the kitchen and serving staff to address any discrepancies or special requests. Additionally, the Food and Drink Runner is responsible for checking valid identification for guests ordering alcoholic beverages to ensure compliance with legal age requirements and maintaining adherence to all alcohol service regulations.
**Responsibilities**
- Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Check guest IDs to confirm they meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including obtaining and maintaining an OLCC (Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission) license.
