Snack Bar Attendant

****The snack bar attendant is responsible for selling and serving food and beverage services to bowling center guests.Making sure the guest is receiving quality food and beverage products as well as receiving prompt and courteous service. Responsible for collecting payment and making accurate change while maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times.
**Responsibilities**
- Attends work regularly
- Wear and maintain clean uniform.
- Set up and turn in cash till for shift according to procedure
- ****Set up and close snack bar area according to proper procedure.
- Provides fast, efficient, friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service.
- Inform guests of specials and promotions.
- Use point of sales (POS) computer to take customer orders.
- Collect payment and make correct change.
- Maintain clean, sanitized counters, work surfaces and equipment in accordance with health department regulations at all times.
- Follow all food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperatures of product.
- Prepare food items correctly and**consistently**according to company methods and**portion control**.
- Attends work regularly and exhibits positive attitude at all times.
- Minimize waste of products and supplies.
- Clean and fill condiment station.
- Restock ice bin.
- Restock all supplies. Report low stock issues.
- Maintain security of all kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Organize, set up, serve, and clean up birthday parties.
- Assist co-workers with a variety of kitchen related functions as needed.
- Performs any task requested by management.
**Requirements**
- Must be at least 16 years of age and currently attending school.
- Must be able to work flexible day, evening and weekend hours.
- ****Must obtain food handlers certificate within 30 days of employment.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills (speak, read and converse).
- High level of trust and integrity.
- Good cash handling skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment with changing needs.
- Ability to bend, twist and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to push, pull, carry minimum 40 pounds.
