****The porter/busser maintains the highest possible cleaning standards by following regular cleaning guidelines.Performs duties assigned by the desk attendant in a prompt manner while providing polite and helpful customer service.

**Responsibilities**

- Attends work regularly and exhibits positive attitude at all times.
- Provides friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service.
- Performs duties assigned by the desk attendant.
- Wipes and cleans tables and chairs.
- Removes debris from floor and carpets.
- Cleans all spills.
- Check restrooms for cleanliness, tissue and soap.
- Returns bowling balls to racks.
- Returns trays, bottles and pitchers to snack bar and lounge.
- Assist customers with automatic scoring devices.work safely and provide a safe bowling environment for customers.
- Dust approaches before league.
- Places league recap forms and pencils on tables.
- Retrieve balls and pins from lane.
- Help with birthday parties and setting up meeting rooms.
- Monitor parking lot and play area. Report activities that may need attention from the desk attendant or management.
- Remove garbage from building and replace liners as needed.
- Recycle empty boxes as needed.
- Performs any task requested by management.
**Requirement**
- Must be at least 16 years of age and currently attending school or have diploma.
- Must be able to work flexible evenings and weekend hours.
- High level of trust and integrity.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High energy.
- Attention to detail.
- Self motivated.
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend, twist and lift minimum 50 pounds.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
