### Job Description:
- Experience working as a Head Chef
- Culinary degree (preferred)
- Excellent culinary skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully
- Proven record of Kitchen Management expertise
- Menu creation
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development
- Supplier Management experience
- Problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability, and being able to perform well under pressure are also highly necessary in the ideal candidate

### Additional Requirements:
- Ensure seamless service
- Supervision of kitchen staff
- Oversee and assist with food production tasks
- Ensure quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
- Kitchen Administrative duties ·Inventory/Ordering
- Stellar references
- Conversational Spanish is preferred
