Cafe Managers

Cafe Managers play a pivotal role as leaders within our Cafe operations. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about guiding a team, fostering skills in coffee, work proficiency, and cultivating a genuine love for people and service.

Responsibilities include overseeing all cafe functions including; training, implementing new menu items and store procedures, develop hospitality methodologies, foster a positive working environment, provide feedback to the team, and participate within the broader leadership team.

Pay for manager positions varies based on experience.
