What you will do Work the griddle, egg, and fry stations through breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. Cook our best sellers to spec - chicken and waffles, French toast and pancake flights, omelettes, and breakfast bowls. Prep and portion at open, and hold the line clean and organized through the weekend rush. Follow our halal handling standards and food safety practices without shortcuts. What we are looking for Prior line or prep experience in a restaurant kitchen. You can hold your station during a full weekend brunch rush without losing consistency. You take the sourcing seriously - cage-free eggs, antibiotic-free halal meat, made to order every time. Weekend availability. We serve the full menu all day, Monday - Friday 7 AM to 4 PM and Saturday - Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM. This role is based at our cafe in Waverly Place, 302 Colonades Way, Ste 109, Cary, NC 27518.
