Pull organic espresso, whisk stone-ground matcha, and build the latte flights people drive across the Triangle for. What you will do Pull and dial in organic espresso through the day, and keep the bar clean and stocked while you do it. Build our signature drinks to spec - Dubai Chocolate Lattes, Lotus Biscoff Lattes, cold brew, and the latte and matcha flights. Work the register and the pickup counter, including online orders coming in from Toast. Know the menu well enough to answer the halal, allergen, and dairy-free questions that come up every shift. What we are looking for You are reliable on early mornings. The doors open at 7 AM every day, and opening shifts start before that. Previous espresso experience helps, but we will train someone who is genuinely eager and pays attention to detail. You are steady during a weekend rush and still warm with the guest in front of you. Weekend availability, since Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days. This role is based at our cafe in Waverly Place, 302 Colonades Way, Ste 109, Cary, NC 27518.
