Training Coordinator

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The DRC Training Coordinator will be responsible for promoting education and consistency amongst barista staff and assisting in DRC educational platforms, leading the on-boarding and initial training for new baristas. They will also be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs.

Experience in coffee industry, strong communication skills, ability to lead training sessions.
