Catering Bartender

Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Catering Bartender to join the team. Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: In the Catering Bartender role, you will be mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to guests during banquet events. About You: You are passionate about hospitality. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Essential Duties: Greeting guests, Mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks, Serves wine and draught or bottled beer, Assists with orders or requisitions liquors and supplies, Serving food and non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages to customers, Setting up and breaking down banquet bars.

Minimum of two years of experience required.
