Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant at Harewood House, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, and processing transactions efficiently. You will also be expected to have a good knowledge of our products and be able to answer customer inquiries. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous retail experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential.
