Shift Lead (Full-time / Part-time)

BOPOMOFO CAFE is looking for a Shift Lead to join our team! As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of baristas. You will also assist in training new staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a strong work ethic. 1-2 years of experience in a coffee shop, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
