Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Provincial Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative dishes and a strong understanding of kitchen management. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, staff training, and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. The Head Chef will also be responsible for managing food costs and inventory, as well as collaborating with the management team to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
