EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNT

- **Collect**and**verify**daily**sales data**, including**reconciliation**of**POS records**,**cash deposits**, and**digital payment**settlements.
- **Monitor**and ensure timely**cash banking**and report any discrepancies.
- Handle**verification**and**reconciliation**of sales from**food delivery platforms**(e.g., FoodPanda, GrabFood), including deductions and net payments.
- Prepare summary**reports**of**daily**and**monthly sales collections**by outlet and platform.
- Issue**invoices**,**credit notes**, and support submission for e-invoicing compliance.
- Process**staff claims**and**petty cash disbursements**in accordance with company policy.
- Record**accounting entries**such as sales, expenses, petty cash, and adjustments accurately into the**general ledger**.
- Maintain organized**documentation**and accounting records in line with audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist with**month-end closing**activities and financial reporting.
- Assis in preparation of supporting schedules for**internal**and**external reporting**.
- Perform other accounting related duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
**Requirement**
- **Diploma / Degree**in**Accounting**,**Finance**or related field.
- Minimum**1-2 years**of relevant**experience**in accounting or finance.
- Experience in**retail**,**F&B**or multi-outlet environments is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with**accounting software (NetSuite)**and**Microsoft Excel**.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
