Front End Supervisor – Mattick’s

At Red Barn Market, we’re proud to provide our community with an outstanding shopping experience. We’re looking for a Front-End Supervisor to lead and support our cashier team, keep the front end running smoothly, and help create a welcoming, exceptional experience for every customer at our Mattick’s Farm store.

Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and support the front-end team, ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent adherence to company policies.
Training: Train and mentor new cashiers on company policies, service standards, and daily operations.
Cash Control: Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy, and register management.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout, including scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.
