Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at District Café & Bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and a commitment to quality and excellence. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment, culinary degree preferred, strong leadership skills, knowledge of food safety regulations.
