Hospitality Systems Specialist

The Hospitality Systems Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the hotel's hospitality technology systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. This includes overseeing system installations, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as providing training and support to staff. The role requires a strong understanding of hospitality software and hardware, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality technology support; strong knowledge of PMS systems; excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
