Morning Banquet Server

A Banquet Server is responsible for overseeing all aspects of events and banquets, including planning, organizing, and executing events. They work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that events run smoothly. Servers are responsible for setup, service and clearing down events.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that events run smoothly
- Ensure that staff provide excellent customer service
- Oversee all aspects of events, including food and beverage service, decorations, and entertainment
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Anticipate, acknowledge, and respond promptly to guest's needs
- Maintain positive attitude and positive guest relations at all times
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of all departmental and company policies, service procedures, and standards
- Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
