Production Team Member and Roaster

Indie Coffee Roasters (Carmel, IN) is hiring a full-time Production Team Member and Roaster to assist across production, from green coffee intake to the finished bag. Responsibilities: production roast to established profiles and quality standards, weekly team cuppings and quality control, cold brew batches and cleaning, packing wholesale/retail/subscription/online orders, wholesale and post office deliveries, roaster machine cleaning and maintenance, and forklift certification. Anticipated ~28.5-36 hrs/week, Mon-Fri. Must lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Previous coffee experience preferred. Reports to the Coffee Manager. Apply via the form on Indie's own site.
