Heidi Bakery is looking for a General Manager to oversee our Alresford location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and baked goods, along with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of baristas and bakers. The General Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
