Business Development

At Allpress Espresso, we believe great coffee starts with great people. We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our brand and customer community across the North Island. Whether your experience comes from hospitality, retail, FMCG, accounting or another customer-facing role, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your passion for coffee and understanding of the industry will be key to your success in this role.

Proven experience in business development or sales, strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
