Since 2013, we have marked our presence in Denmark and across Europe with 50 cafes in Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal. We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. At Copenhagen Coffee Lab, we believe that success comes from a strong team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, overseeing staff, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your leadership journey, we welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are eager to make a difference. Responsibilities Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that require attention. Manages schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues to maintain smooth operations while the Store Manager is absent. Step in for absent employees, ensuring the business continues to run seamlessly. Lead by example, acting as a role model for the team by consistently delivering exceptional service and attention to detail. Delegate tasks to employees and keep track of daily activities. Conduct training and provide one-on-one guidance to employees in collaboration with the store manager. Resolve disputes between employees and foster a positive and harmonious work environment. Motivate employees to perform at their best, recognizing and encouraging their achievements. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Provide updates to the Store Manager and collaborate on operational responsibilities. Assist with managing tasks assigned by the Store Manager to create overall success. Cover all Store Manager responsibilities during their absence, ensuring the store operates smoothly.
