**Contracted Hours**: 32 per week – with some flexibility – to be worked to a rota where shifts could fall on Monday to Friday anywhere between 9am and 7pm (4 x 8 hours shifts)

**Contract term**: ASAP start up to 30th September (end date has some flexibility but can be no earlier than the 26th September).

**Pay**: £11.00 – £12.71 per hour (dependent on age). You are paid monthly on the 30th of each month.

**Holiday**: Holiday is accrued at a rate of 12.07% of hours worked. Accrued but untaken holiday at the end of the contract will be paid to you.

**About the role**

This is a great way to gain experience in the events industry, learn from our team and get some hands-on experience of planning and working festivals. You’ll work with a few different in-house events teams at our Bristol venues (The Square, Racks Bar & Kitchen, No.4 Clifton Village and Pizza on the Park), working on everything from planning weddings to organising corporate parties. We’re looking for someone confident and eager to learn, with a passion for hospitality.

In this role, you’ll work with our events teams, dealing with day-to-day events bookings across our busy independent Clifton venues as well as help in the planning process for HowTheLightGetsIn Festival – in particular the recruitment of 120 volunteers. You’d then be on site for the build and break of the festival at Kenwood House, Hampstead Heath, London from the 12th – 25th September inclusive.

- Must be available to be on site for the HowTheLightGetsIn London Festival (Kenwood House) between 12th September and 25th September (inclusive) – we cannot consider you for this role if you are unable to commit to this. You will have accommodation provided in an AirBnB – sharing with other Quarter team members.
- Due to the nature of the role, you must be aged 18 or above.
