About This Role
Role and Responsibilities
Relationship management & customer communication – Build strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person contact, delivering friendly, attentive service. Visit customers and represent the company at trade shows.
Commercial effort – Grow existing accounts and win new customers within the emerging specialty coffee-roasting scene. Track statistics and work toward sales targets.
Order management – Process contracts in our ERP system and ensure smooth follow-up.
Coffee judgment – Learn to cup and build green coffee knowledge across the value chain to provide valuable, informed customer recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or a commercial qualification through on-the-job training.
A natural-born sales talent with at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Ideally, profound knowledge of green coffee and its industry.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
Proactive and hands-on, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Eager to learn and curious about all things coffee.
A team player who values collaboration and shared success.
