Shop Manager

Needmore Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned, community-first specialty coffee company in Bloomington, Indiana, with a bustling East side cafe that serves as a neighborhood hub, and is hiring a Shop Manager. As Shop Manager you are a vital partner to the owner, a mentor to the baristas, and a welcoming face to the regulars. Responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with opening and closing shop checklists across all shifts, managing staff positioning proactively so the team is consistently prepared for rushes, and maintaining a calm presence on the bar while overseeing daily beverage recipe calibration. This is a full-time, salaried position with open availability required, including early mornings, weekends and holidays. Compensation is $39,520 to $45,760 annually depending on experience, plus an annual bonus tied directly to cafe growth, weekly 1-on-1 coaching, and dedicated hours to succeed.
