Café Team Member / Barista — Lisbon

Copenhagen Coffee Lab is looking for coffee enthusiasts to join the Lisbon cafe crew. Barista skills are a big plus but not required: we can train you. We are more interested in character, personality and a passion for people. The role is deliberately dynamic: all team members are expected to be comfortable with every task, from cleaning to serving customers to running the coffee station, and to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities: preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and other drinks; taking orders and helping customers in a friendly, engaged way; working with teammates to keep the cafe clean and organised; attending regular training sessions to deepen coffee knowledge and customer-service skills; and supporting colleagues during busy periods. Qualifications sought: a love of coffee and a desire to share that passion, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, a strong team-player mentality, and a positive, energetic attitude with an eagerness to learn.
