Assistant Store Manager — Lisbon

Copenhagen Coffee Lab is recruiting a motivated Assistant Store Manager for Lisbon to support the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, supervise staff and ensure guests get a memorable experience. Responsibilities: handling customer complaints and resolving issues needing attention; managing schedule changes, calling in staff and other staffing questions to keep operations smooth while the Store Manager is absent; stepping in for absent employees; role-modelling exceptional service and attention to detail; delegating tasks and tracking daily activities; delivering training and one-to-one coaching for staff in cooperation with the Store Manager; resolving disputes between employees and fostering a positive, harmonious working environment; motivating staff by recognising performance; maintaining a safe and clean working environment in line with hygiene and safety protocols; reporting to and collaborating with the Store Manager on operational responsibilities; and covering all Store Manager duties in their absence. Skills sought: leadership, motivational ability, excellent communication, multitasking and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment, a customer-service mindset, strong creative problem-solving and organisational skills.
