Yardstick Coffee is a Manila specialty coffee roaster and cafe group (proudly roasting specialty coffee since 2013; cafes across Metro Manila including Legazpi Village, MOA Square, BGC, Rockwell and Salcedo). The Sales and Training Associate supports coffee equipment and wholesale sales and delivers barista/brewing training to clients — combining specialty coffee education with account support. Regularized employees receive vacation, sick, emergency and birthday leave, HMO, a free employee beverage and staff discounts; cafe team members get a 15-day onboarding and service charge.
