Yardstick Coffee is a Manila specialty coffee roaster and cafe group (proudly roasting specialty coffee since 2013; cafes across Metro Manila including Legazpi Village, MOA Square, BGC, Rockwell and Salcedo). The Cafe Supervisor oversees daily cafe operations, leads the floor and bar team on shift, manages service quality and standards, and supports the cafe management team at a specialty coffee cafe. Regularized employees receive vacation, sick, emergency and birthday leave, HMO, a free employee beverage and staff discounts; cafe team members get a 15-day onboarding and service charge.
