Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, supporting the delivery of consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will also assist in menu planning, stock control, and training of junior kitchen staff.
