Learning & Development Partner

As a Learning Partner, you will drive the learning agenda across Greene King Pub Company, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions, coaching managers, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
