About This Role
Purpose:
As an e-commerce Expert, you'll be a key player in optimizing and managing the online presence of one of our four renowned Group brands: De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet. You'll be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the Ecommerce ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the assigned brand within a specific geographical area and will be tasked with ensuring the best possible management of e-commerce activities in your assigned markets. Working alongside the local team, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring e-commerce performance.
You will be working to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website, continuously measure site performance to guarantee our customers receive the best possible online service.
You will produce and distribute ecommerce sales reports, KPI analytics reports and all customer journey-related reports.
You will prepare and lead the monthly performance update meeting with your markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting to drive revenues to reach the annual targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Management of the commercial calendar of the assigned brands
- Improving customer experience by regularly updating homepage and category page content.
- Ensuring promotions are correctly set up and tested before deploying to the website.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate forecasts.
- Liaising with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure all activities are correctly prioritized and scheduled.
- Liaising with the development team to ensure all known website bugs are evaluated and fixed.
- Liaising with Customer Services to collect voice-of-customer feedback on the website and use this to amend the website.
- The role also offers exposure to the full digital marketing mix, including SEO, PPC, affiliates and email marketing, and to in-depth website analytics, but merchandising is the main focus.
