Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant

Market Lane Coffee is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant based at its Brunswick East roastery and office in Melbourne. This is a permanent, ongoing role of 38 hours per week supporting online sales, customer service and dispatch operations. You'll work closely with the online, office and production teams to make sure orders are accurate, well-presented and sent out on time — a varied, hands-on role suited to someone organised and thoughtful. Market Lane is an established, values-led specialty coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing, roasting and sharing exceptional coffee.
