7 Monk’s Cafe, a local, family-run Indian & Mediterranean restaurant located in downtown New Braunfels. We are ready to hire a prep/cook- come & grow with our team!

- Plenty of room for advancement**We are looking for a full time hire that will:**
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
**We prefer that you additionally have the following skills/experience, but it is not required:**
- 1+ years Line Cooking experience
- Knowledge of different stations like grill & frying
- High volume cooking
