Tasting Room Associate

We are a Sonoma County winery with a tasting room that plays soul, hip-hop, jazz, and reggae on vinyl. The wine is serious. The experience is not stuffy. If you have worked in hospitality, specialty food, coffee, or any service environment where you had to earn trust and educate guests, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine and eager to learn. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting tastings, and sharing knowledge about our wines and the winemaking process. This role requires a friendly demeanor, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. We value creativity and encourage our staff to bring their unique perspectives to the tasting room experience.
