Reservation Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Swedish will be considered an advantage).
- Previous experience in customer service/call center environment (familiarity with the tourism industry or a reservations specialist role will be considered an advantage).
- The ability to react quickly to changes and focus on solving various non-standard situations.
- A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion and work independently and purposefully.

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:
- Manage daily reservation tasks and own your individual booking flow within international hotel chains.
- Work with various client segments, including individual travelers, groups, corporate clients, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Respond to reservation inquiries via telephone and email in line with international brand standards and internal SOPs.
- Work with Opera PMS and Call Center systems (previous experience with these systems will be considered an advantage).
