Learning Mentor - SEMH

We are looking for a Learning Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment and help students achieve their academic and personal goals. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one support, developing individualized learning plans, and implementing strategies to promote emotional well-being.
