Job Description Baker (Production Assistant): Cafe 86 is always looking for driven, passionate, and hard-working Production Assistant. Candidates for this position must be comfortable with multi-tasking around a kitchen able to measure and ensure quality.

- Assist in high volume production of cookies, cupcakes. Mixing, shaping, baking, decorating.
- Prep ingredients, batters and dough for production.
- Package finished product for store outlets.
- Maintain consistency of product with attention to food quality, taste, and preparation.
- Aid and assist our head baker wherever needed.
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of workstation and food prep.
- Baking Experience is great but not necessary.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs or more
- San Bernardino County Food Handlers Required.
