We're looking for a Supervisor who loves the energy of café life and enjoys being right at the heart of service. Someone who can confidently lead a shift, support and develop a team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling looked after.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be opening and closing the business, leading service, supporting the team during busy periods, and helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What you'll be doing
- Leading shifts and being a visible presence on the floor.
- Opening and closing the café, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with confidence and care.
- Supporting, coaching and motivating team members throughout service.
- Working confidently across the floor, coffee station and till.
- Building relationships with regular guests and helping create a genuine neighbourhood feel.
- Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
