By providing the most welcoming service and top notch consumables, we create an environment where we can offer a fun and unique work place for employees.

- a MINIMUM payrate after tips of $16/ hour. If an employee’s hourly rate dips below the minimum HCR makes up the difference. If your rate is above $16/ hour, its all theirs to keep. Raises based on performance and cost of living are reviewed annually.

- 20 hours of paid sick leave per year

- free drinks and 50% off food and 30% off merchandise for all staff and a significant other (doesn’t have to be spouse) along with any *16oz retail bag of coffee free, each week. Conditions apply.

- after 1 year on staff: paid time off equaling their average weekly hours over their first year
